#281: Why Teaching Kids at an Early Age to Eat Healthy is Important | Tips from a Pro Day Care Provider In this episode of the Vegetable Gardening show, Mike chats with Fayth Thomas about why teaching kids at an early age, to eat healthy and exercise, is so important.

Fayth runs a daycare center in the Washington, DC metro area and she is also the author of the book, Being the Best You. Being the Best You, a children's story, takes her years of experience as a day care provider and builds a fun, illustrated story to show why eating healthy is vital to living a long and vibrant life.

She'll fill us in on how she teaches the kids in her daycare to eat healthy, how she gets them to try all of those healthy snacks, and what motivates her to keep doing it everyday with a smile on her face.

This and so much more on this week's episode of The Vegetable Gardening Show!
