#425: Combining Meditation and Gardening for the Ultimate Relaxation - [Cheryl Wilfong]

In This Episode of The Vegetable Gardening Show

#425: Combining Meditation and Gardening for the Ultimate Relaxation - [Cheryl Wilfong] In this episode of the Vegetable Gardening show, Mike chats with Cheryl Wilfong, author of the award winning book, "Garden Wisdom 365 Days", about how gardening and meditation can go hand in hand for a completely relaxing experience.

Cheryl writes a lot on her blog about meditating but she also loves gardening. She has found a way to combine her two favorite activities to create the ultimate peaceful experience.

I can't disagree. I myself find that simply walking around the garden is a peaceful experience, watching over the plants, constantly looking to see if anything is ready to be picked, and my son's favorite, looking for all of the "cool" bugs.

Cheryl is going to come on and tell us about her background in gardening and garden writing and how that translated perfectly into her world of meditation.

This, and so much more, on this episode of The Vegetable Gardening Show!
