Cheryl writes a lot on her blog about meditating but she also loves gardening. She has found a way to combine her two favorite activities to create the ultimate peaceful experience.
I can't disagree. I myself find that simply walking around the garden is a peaceful experience, watching over the plants, constantly looking to see if anything is ready to be picked, and my son's favorite, looking for all of the "cool" bugs.
